Forensic healing is a structured interactive process of detection that quickly determines what is required to release energy around an identified issue from energy fields and the body. When issues and negative patterns or events arise in adulthood, these can relate to early events causing dysfunction, chaos and blocks in our inner and outer worlds.

Note: The healing with this client was a focused Forensic Healing session. Reiki was used for a short period at the end of the session to induce calm and relaxation using a guided visualisation.
Reiki – Spiritual Life Force Energy
A disruption in energy flow can cause illness. Therefore, positive energy flow through the body is critical to maintain health (ease) as opposed to ill health (dis-ease). Our chakras/ energy centres in the body are currently expanding in line with our growth to full consciousness. We are opening to higher energies, connectedness to others and the planet. Reiki energy is actively harnessed spiritually guided life force energy which works on all the energy centres of the body clearing and releasing disruptions in energy flow, recalibrating and balancing the body.
The qualified and attuned Reiki Healer activates Reiki symbols at the beginning of the healing which bring in specific energies to start the healing of the client’s physical and subtle bodies (energy fields), connecting through the crown on the head, to the heart space. The intention of the healer is the most important aspect of the healing. This energises and activates the symbols.

As a Healer, I always engage with clients from my own heart. I also ask for the harmonic sounds of nature and the elements to support the healing as well as the Archangels and Master healers from spirit. I work with Pallas Athena, Master Hilarion and sacred geometry.
Reiki works at a cellular level and influences the genes that sit on the DNA. The genes can be prompted to express themselves positively. Reiki works on the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the body and energy fields. Reiki is a very relaxing and gentle therapy. Energy is released through the Healers hands directly to the energy centres in the body. Hands maybe placed on the body with the consent of the client.

Guided journey visualisations are often used to induce deep relaxation at the outset of the healing. These guided journeys are healing experiences in their own right. Using a gentle voice, clients are taken through the bush where they listen to native birdsong and then onto the sea for a cleansing swim. Clients report back that they really enjoy the relaxed experience and feel peaceful after the Reiki healing finishes.

Reiki will induce Alpha brain waves (705 Hz) which are associated with deep relaxation and on occasion Theta brain waves (4-705 Hz) which are present during REM sleep which is akin to a meditative state or light sleep.
Thirty minutes of Reiki healing equates to three hours of sleep.

I trained as a Reiki Master in 2011 because I wanted to heal myself and to harness my intuitive skills. My aim was to develop sound healing skills and offer energy healing to clients who were seeking an alternative or complementary therapy, to traditional health care.
